eupec是欧洲电力半导体与电子公司1999年，从西门子独立出来，形成infineon(英飞凌)公司，现在eupec是infineon的子公司。专业生产igbt模块，晶闸管 ,整流二极管等电力半导体器件。eupec成立于1990年，由西门子和德国另一家大的电器公司（aeg）生产电力半导体器件的两个部门合并而成，实际上经营电力半导体器件近五十年。
